Alexa went above and beyond with the sale of our home. From day 1, Alexa was always so available, responsive, and reliable. We went to her with no real timeline and she continued to check in and emphasize the value in getting the sale started ASAP, but without nagging. My condo was listed while I was out of town and she went above and beyond making sure all the showings went smoothly and all the little last minute things were taken care of with me unavailable, even going to far as to rehang a curtain rod that came down last minute all on her own when she couldn’t get ahold of a last minute handyman for us! I am still working with Alexa on the sale of my partner’s house and purchase of a new home, and will continue to work with her for any future real estate needs.
