The service was excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating even though we came in close to closing time. The staff member that assisted us introduced himself by name and asked ours. He asked specific questions and provided good information to assist my decision making. The staff member that initially greeted us remembered us-- he had seen us in another store in the complex a bit before we came into the shop. Overall, it was a great experience-- great staff!

Great diagnostics and service team led by Dre. Trek serviced our bikes on a quick turnaround, despite a tricky brake pad issue that Dre proactively tracked down. Recommend!

The best part about a local bike shop is the service. Most of the high-end brands are almost interchangeable at this point, but you can't exchange people. Every time I go in there I'm helped by the most knowledgeable staff. This last visit was no exception and they provided me exactly what I was looking for.
