This was my second time going into Trek Alexandria North, the first time was in January where my bike was inspected for safety and the team helped me to unfreeze my gears. I received such good care from the team that I came back this time to purchased a "Level Two" (deep clean, polish, and drivetrain service) and two new tires. The team walked me through the service and walked me through some tire recommendations for the activities I am using my bike for. When I picked my bike up, it looked almost brand new with no issues. Will comeback again.

The staff is dynamite. Attentive. Fun. Smart. The quality of the product is excellent and if it’s not I’m appreciative of the generous return policy and how you back your products. I like how you service all bikes regardless of the brand. And let me tell you, your service department employs experts - their capability to fix all things bike and scooter related is matched with only the finest technicians. A “feel good” store for sure.
