This is the most caring, compassionate and flexible business I have EVER worked with, and it is in regard to something very important to me- my bicycle. I have never found a business more trustworthy, interested in each and every customer, and I hae never heard one disgruntled word in the waiting area, as I suppose others notice what I do. Trek does top servic every time, and they ar very transparent about the work and the pricing. One is always welcome back, regardless of the reason.
This is the difference for me to keep and care for my mode of transportation.

The Trek Bicycle store in Alexandria North is fantastic!
There is a big selection of different kind of bikes and the team is knowledgable and friendly.
I just moved to Alexandria and brought my Trek bike in for service and repairs and additions were done with skill and in a timely matter. A minor adjustment was even taken care of on the spot. The mechanics are professional and all communications have been with a smile.
I am thrilled that I found my go to bike store!

I am the owner of a Pedego electric bike. I used the bike to get to and from work. After work discovered my rear tire is flat. I called the nearest trek shop that is 1.5 miles. Before going, I called first to ask if the flat can be repaired not being a trek. Taylor who answered the phone was explained the situation and kindly replied to come over. I got there and the mechanic was and the rest of the staff was very outgoing and customer service inclined. In the end not only did the flat was repaired, but the mechanic saw that my brake pads needed to be replaced, which contributes to the safety of all who walk into this shop located on Quaker lane In Alexandria, VA.
Please extend my appreciation and support to the entire staff. They should all get a raise or compensation for outstanding customer service.

The store manager, Johnathan, gave me a warm welcome and took the time to explain everything in detail, which was incredibly helpful as a first-time bike buyer. He patiently guided me through bike safety, riding basics, and made sure I felt confident before leaving the store.
