Just a flat out great bike shop. They just care about bikes and riders - hard to ask for more than that. I’ve bought two bikes after not owning a single Trek bike prior to because of their customer centric approach.

There is a lot to love at this bike store. The range of products they have on offer is more than enough for 99% of cycling enthusiasts. But, for me the biggest selling point of this store is the staff. They are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and engaged. This is my go-to for repairs, questions, and most of my bike-related purchases. It's also tucked away in a local shopping center with plenty of distractions if you need to wait on repairs. Highly recommend.

To be clear, this score is specifically for the employees of this shop, whom I trusted after having worked with them in the past. I’m extraordinarily satisfied with their performance and professionalism. Great job by these local expert bicycle enthusiasts. That said, I HATE this Trek-branded corporate takeover of the bicycle shop business model. I worked at multiple independent bike shops as a student and it was so great and authentic. But I would NEVER buy a Trek product in the future. Congrats, you’re the Starbucks of bicycles. I’m sure your Board is very proud of themselves.

Ryan "revived" my bike - it was sluggish since I hadn't paid good attention to it and he got it riding like butter again. Had to do a pretty good overhaul - it hadn't been well tended for a good year plus and I needed a few updates from the 2019 originals - new brake pads, chain and cassette. I could have done it myself, but with Ryan, why would I want to?! Except to save money - it WAS a good hit on the wallet, but worth it. "Cloud 9" is smooth as silk again! Thanks, Ryan.
