The people at TREK store Alexandria are passionate about their product but most importantly they care about their customers. Kudos to TREK. Hands down the best bike shop in the DC area! I cannot recommend Trek Bicycle of Alexandria highly enough. Every time I visit, it is a consistently great experience. Whether I am dropping off a mountain bike after hitting the local trails, bringing in a road bike for a tune-up, or asking technical questions about e-bikes, their team always demonstrates an amazing, comprehensive knowledge of bikes and servicing. A massive shoutout to Ryan, who is an absolutely exceptional service advisor. He consistently goes above and beyond to make sure your ride is dialed in perfectly and takes the time to ensure you are fully taken care of. If you want top-tier expertise and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere in the DMV, look no further. Five stars!
