unreal sale on farley. bike spec’d well enough it doesn’t need $1k in parts to be legit. integrated bags/racks/fenders that are extremely useful. shop was great, good communications, put together bike well, knowledgeable about sizing. as a brand i like that trek has offerings spanning those seeking performance to folks just looking to have fun. and hey, they sponsor lucinda brand. what else could you want honestly

I like the service section for bicycle repairs and maintenance. Ryan who is in charge of service is a star. He gives excellent advice, and recommendations. He explains the technical stuff if I ask him to. High quality work.

The people who worked there were super nice. Dropped 2 bikes off for maintenance - process was simple and efficient. One of the best customer service experiences we've had in this area, in any service category. The shop was so nice too, offering coffee, tea & snacks in a comfortable and inviting space.

The sales staff was very helpful and patient, especially with our 10-year old who is between a kid's bike and an adult-sized bike. They answered all questions, were encouraging as needed, and didn't make up feel pressured. We love this bike shop for that very reason: the service. Thanks for a great experience!
