The staff at Alf's are so helpful, always pleasent and knowledgible.
Pete knows he's stuff inside out. I have bought three new bikes from him and would have bought my fourth if they had been stockest of my choice. I have reccomended many friends to the shop and will continue to do so.

I needed my bike to be serviced before the summer, new BB bearings, new gear inner and outer cables etc. First of all, there was only a week waiting time (expected it worse considering it was April) and secondly, it was all done the same day. Dropped it off in the morning and got a text it was ready about 2/3pm.
All done, all fixed pleasant staff great experience. Can highly recommend to every one.

Friendly helpful professional advice without pressure I was provided with excellent information and advice about different bikes and accessories. Helpful and engaging to all kinds of cyclists at all levels. This was my third bike from Alf jones. They were as helpful today as they were in 2005! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thankyou

Fast friendly service. Took a wheel in for repair, was advised that next available booking for a repair was the next week, happily left the wheel with the repair / service team. Within 1.5 hours, received notification that all done...... can't get any better than that.
Quality bikes / premises / team on my doorstep- feel very lucky.
