I called into the shop without an appointment with my partners Liv E-bike. It needed a new drive chain and also had a puncture. Lewis, the workshop technician asked me to leave the bike for a couple of days, however when I advised I wished to take it to France with us he undertook the repairs there and then. "great customer service" and he was very helpful and professional.
