Good advice, friendly staff. Been bringing mine and my son’s bike to Josh for a while now, he always does his best to get me sorted even at short notice. I’ve used other bike shops a couple of times but never had the same experience as I get from Alf jones.. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

I love my Whyte T140 that I bought last August. It's a great bike & I'll upgrade to a Whyte e-Lyte for my next bike. The brand is that good. The team have been so helpful with everything I've asked for including helping me with set-up. They make you feel part of a family & are possibly the best bike shop in North Wales.

The head mechanic is always helpful, he has rebuilt many a wheel for me. Coffee is good , staff are always cheery
