I got caught by a turn in the economy with a very unique house. So, it was on the market for an extended period of time, and the asking price was lowered significantly as a result.
But, that was timing. I don't think it was anything Alice and Al did, or didn't do. They spent >a lot< of time with me working through the challenges. I am grateful for their support

Alice and Al were always accessible with questions and helped us through some issues that arose due to the seller and their relocation company. At the end of the day we had a very smooth close with the sale of our house and they helped ensure we closed on the purchase of our house within the timeframe needed to ensure we had occupancy at our new house before losing it at our old.

In my 67 years I’ve never seen anyone work as hard as her to satisfy us. She went out of her way to meet with us anytime including Sunday. I’ve never seen or heard of someone closing a house in 5 short weeks but she pushed it through.
As a person she is wonderful and caring and we’d recommend her to everyone.

Alice is a truly professional realtor who knows the real estate business backwards, forward & the ends and outs . She always was available and answered all my questions. My condo sold so quickly and it was amazing as she was able to schedule all customers who wished to see my condo and it was great that I could accommodate all potential clients.
