Dynamic evolving classes that focus on alignment and joint protection and longevity. Strengthening and balancing of muscle groups that improve function as well as increasing metabolism due to muscle groups worked. I love the instructors, the community and the playroom!!
The hands-on instruction. The emphasis on aligment, flexibility, nourishment. the instructors are so knowledgable, fun & encouraging. The non-impact cardio is the best cardio class that I have seen for those with joint issues. The variety in the classes (I never get bored).
