I purchased a DOmane SL6 Gen 4 in mid-April. I'd reached the point where my arthritic hands hurt shifting a non-electronic shift mechanism, so my hands are especially thankful for the hydraulic disc brakes and Shimano DI2 shift equipment. Joe was quite helpful in checking out my old Domane while Matt set up the new bike. Matt matched the new bike to my old specifications, set up everything for me (one needs an app to set up the electronic shifters), and gave me advice on that and the tubeless tires. The fellows here are good guys. This is the second bike I've purchased here. The first was an e-bike for my wife, which she loves. -Bill Smith
