Response From All American Pet Resorts Rochester Hills
November 16, 2022
Hi Caroline,
Thank you for taking the time to reply to our survey. I completely understand your concern. We know it is not easy to leave your dog, especially if it’s for multiple days. 80% of our Resort has cameras. However, not all of our customers request a camera and we do not typically use them for our daycare guests. There is no additional charge for them and are first requested, first booked. So unfortunately, some dogs that are here for boarding may not get a camera suite if they don't book in time. It is the same at all of our locations, including Royal Oak. We make a specific list in an effort for people that prefer a camera suite, in the event that someone cancels that has a camera room; we would move your dog. There may be rooms with cameras available on specific days, but not the entire stay (6 days). In these cases, we don't want to move a dog every 1-2 days just for a camera because it is stressful for them and makes it more difficult for them to get comfortable. We always have 100% access to our indoor and outdoor play areas, so you can always check in to see your dog regardless if you have a camera suite or not:) Thank you.
