Hi L.K, Thank you for taking the time to reply to our survey. We appreciate your feedback. I am sorry that you feel you had a rocky experience and that there was a minor miscommunication regarding your camera suite number and pick up time. I know we resolved both issues right away and that other than this your dog had a good stay with us. It is common practice for us to call our customers prior to our lobby closing because we understand plans change, flights get delayed and sometimes travel doesn't go as smooth as we'd like. This allows us to accommodate special requests, like in your case, a late pick up. It's not exactly true that we confirmed a 7pm pickup on Sunday. Our email actually reflected a 1pm pickup (our standard default time). Our lobby closes at 5 pm on Sundays, but due to our call to you, we were able to make an exception for you. Our Shelby Township location is a great location too. We all have the same high standards in providing exception pet care. Hopefully we will have another opportunity to provide our services to you again in the future. Thank you.
