My appreciation begins with the thoughtful owners, Karla and Tom, and the wonderful group of thoughtful people who work with them in Othello. Our delivery drivers are amazing, the loaders are so efficient , the office staff knowledgeable, efficient, and always ready to help! During the cold and inclement weather, this group is diligent in getting mine and neighbors tanks filled or even topped off to be sure we are safe. Thoughtful, efficient, kind professionalism I am blessed with throughout the year. Thank you Othello team and especially Karla and Tom!

The experience that I have had with American propane has been excellent. The staff are very professional and courteous when it came to filling and collection of payment . They are courteous enough when you go through your propane too fast they will give that courtesy call to let you know you are going above average. It is nice to know that there is a company out there that still cares about the client . If has been nice dealing with people who can and will show compassion if it comes to a higher bill than average the staff go about be and beyond to make sure you as the purchaser is satisfied with the the sale. Thank you American Propane for caring about those who pay the bills.
