Everything is good, except the coverage on the Reflection. Issue here is the countertops are so thin that when exposed to the cold they delaminate. Grand Design should stand behind their product and offer a fix that is permanent.

Well, Steve quill could not be a better salesman. Ever when you come up to Amsterdam? It's a very warm feeling you get the feeling of camping. While seeing the campers in the showroom and very friendly people period it makes you feel well don't and I would recommend others to go there. And needless to say I live fifteen minutes away from the new middletown But we choose to come to Amsterdam As we always get a warm welcome there

Service department is definitely outstanding! From scheduling services to the technicians that come out. Every one of them is on the ball and follow through to make sure the problem is resolved and the customer is satisfied.
They go above and beyond what is asked of them. The mechanic was very thuro and made several suggestions to take care of as part of preventive maintenance
Our routine dewinterization turned into more when the slide would cooperate. They were speedy with diagnostics and also getting warranty approval and installation, all in time to make our camping plans!! Thank you to everyone that helped along the way from financing to reception to the techs.

Wheh I need a foever warranty inspection , I make the appointment, drop off my camper, get a call when it's done, then I go pick it up. I know ever thing is going up in price and even though the inspection is going up , at least it's getting done and a few things aew lifetime covered. But last year I paid quire a high prive because of a massive resealing.
