I would like to single out one of your Technicians, Chris, for finding an intermittent electrical issue with our bathroom lights. He was persistent in searching for a root cause, and after taking apart many components, tracked down a wire junction in the ceiling. He was able to bypass and rewire the wire leading to bathroom. This corrected the issue. The customer care folks were friendly, and thorough, walking through the process and potential costs. Highly recommend!

Purchased a 2025 Grand Design travel trailer. I couldn't tow it as it was too heavy for my truck. We needed on-site service for a leak from rainwater. Kris L. was the service tech that was sent out. He was very professional and took his time to triage where the water was getting in from. He took his time and discovered the cause of the leak. Without any manual to go by, he knew exactly how to fix the problem. That was two weeks ago and despite having many heavy rainstorms since, no more leak. Thank you Kris and Team Alpin Haus.
