Everyone we felt with was great. Steve did our show through and was awesome! Scott was my sales associate and was very knowledgeable and attentive. James did all over the paperwork and the process was quick and seamless. Great staff all around!!
Well, services like them going through an RV prior to customer spring pick up should be done ahead of time, during the winter. Customer seems to depict errors in construction of rv and flaws more than the service area.
The positive when it comes to services is that they want to make you happy.
It seems like companies have in general lost touch with the concept of "good service". That is the opinion of this old man who has crossed the USA from coast to coast three times, retired one 5th wheel, one Ram truck and God willing I am likely on my final road trip.
I needed an oil change for a Ford E450 class C motor coach and I had called three ford service centers with no one willing to take me in. That is until I called Teresa at Alpin Haus RV Center. She took my info, said come right in and one hour later I was on my way.
What a refreshing example of Great Customer Service........May God Bless this business

I went to blue compass ,meyers rv and camping world....none even come close to comparing to the friendliness and professionalism of alpin haus ...2 thumbs up 100 percent will only recommend alpin haus to anyone looking for a rv or camper...Chris park and Adam king were the best salesman I've dealt with on this journey Jim bearcroft was great as well as Anthony who did our walk thru....cant say enough about all those guys and this place....ill only use them from this point on!
