Brandon our sales rep was patient, kind and knowledgeable. Finance person (Mike?) was knowledgeable. This is our second RV purchase and the first from Alpin Haus. We would definitely purchase from Alpin Haus again. The entire experience was excellent. Product selection both new & used was great and again Brandon was a pleasure to deal with. Walkthrough was thorough and unrushed. We feel the prep fee charged was a poor value as some things were missed that we had to take care of ourselves. We will contact our sales rep shortly to address this shortcoming.

I had to have the towing baseplate reinstalled after front body work. Alpin Haus was the nearest RV service location. I reached out to them and they were able to get me in quickly. Work performed was excellent (by a level 4 RV Tech). Hourly rate was a bit more than I was used to but Insurance covered it. Great folks to work with. I took way to long to post this review (3 months) but I was on the road and waited until I arrived back home. We arrived at about 2PM and they couldn't get us into a bay until morning. They showed us where to park the RV so we could sleep overnight. Phenomenal!

The Sales Crew is excellent, beyond helpful. It was our first time buying or having a fifth wheel, they couldn't have been more helpful in our decision. It took about half an hour to finish all the paperwork, then 45 minutes to finish the financing once approved. The entire Crew is great! Highly recommend. They were patient while we had our campsite prepped, the technician came out and surveyed everything. Wonderful experience!
