Despite have the wrong appointment time and showing up 2 hrs late, my husband was taken right in and the camper was inspected fully. We only wish the tech had perfor.ed the NYS inspection that is normally done because getting the camper somewhere else to have a NYS inspection can get complicated

We like the Grand Design campers from Alpin Haus. We had purchased our first camper from them and when ready to change to a newer one we went directly to them. It was nice to see their new dealership very large and plenty of service space to take care of any upgrades wanted for our new purchase. Everyone there was all very friendly and remembered us from previous Grand Design Imagine trailer we bought. The salesman George was a pleasure to have showing us around, knowing the rv units we saw and easily discussing the details of purchase. We were pleased with the trade in value of our original rv also.

There is no high pressure sales here. The Customer Service here is excellent! The first time we visited , it was at the end of the day and in the pouring rain. Asa went above and beyond and spent time with us looking at 5 units after closing. We took 2 years and visited many dealerships. We researched alot of options and had a pretty good idea of what we were looking for. Alpin Haus was very good at listening to us and helping us move forward with our preferences. In addition they were extremely helpful with securing financing for our RV with very good rates. George and Keith were very accommodating with getting all of our questions answered and made the closing very easy!

Alpine House service was great. Other RV dealers don’t compare. We have owned other RVs for years. Before knowing about Alpine, other places, to put it simply, rip people off either through lack of service, subpar workmanship and via higher pricing. I would recommend Alpine House to anyone who owns an RV. The people that work on the vehicles are at a high level of expertise, honest, and polite. They fixed our steps within 1 hour after parts had arrived. For us, the Alpine House is the only place we will have our RV serviced in the future. Can’t praise them enough.
