Exceptional Staff, sales representative Dave Neid was FANTASTIC to deal with. Dave went above and beyond for us. Couldn't have expected a better experience. Keith Todd in finance also was FANTASTIC to deal with. Don't know what Alpin Haus RV of Orange County is paying these two Exceptional individuals, but I do know from first hand experience, that you don't want to lose them. All the other employees encountered at Alpin Haus upon entering the facility were also very pleasant and welcoming. We initially drove the 450 round trip miles because of a specific 5th wheel we were interested in. From the initial online inquire on the best price available for a particular unit, was contacted by a sales representative. Dave Nied was fantastic to deal with during the process. Any and all questions were answered in a timely manner. During the finance process Keith Todd the Business manager was available for any questions. Upon arriving at Alpine Haus RV of Orange County were pleasant and welcoming. Very much looking forward to the end process with the Inspection and demonstration of our secondary residence.
