This was my first time at this store I was happy with the service department! Steve Pack was very helpful in getting us in for some issues with our class c Tiburon Motorhome as we are in route from Fla.to Maine. Steve made this as convenient as possible! Loved that your team there is not pushy and they listen to you when you speak to them. I was able to tell my salesman Nick my budget and where I wanted to be he showed me what was in my budget and I was able to pick the one we liked and was a smooth process all the way through right to me pulling out with my camper behind my truck!!

Our sales representative, Ryan Williams, was incredibly helpful with our out of state purchase of a Grand Design travel trailer and helping us navigate the trade process. The quick turn around time for pick up was important to us and they made it happen. The Alpin Haus team made us feel welcome the moment we walked in the door to pick up the camper. Demo Dan was super knowledgeable so we picked up a lot of great tips, and Keith Todd felt like an old friend while we signed our paperwork. Overall we really enjoyed the experience of buying our travel trailer with you guys and happy to have a dealer we can rely on.

We had a great experience at Alpin Haus in Orange County, NY. From our salesman Josh who spent a great deal of time showing us lots of options to consider to Dan who explained every aspect of how our camper works and then scheduled an upgrade that would make using our camper even better. Finally, Keith in financing who explained all the paperwork and couldn’t have been more pleasant. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this team to anyone in the market for a camper or RV.
