My insurance deemed my RV a total loss but during the extremely long wait for them to reach that decision, Alpin Haus was absolutely amazing! The estimate was given timely and they understood what needed to be repaired professionally. Natasha was very helpful and a pleasure to speak with. She even got my license plates off and my EZ pass out when I had forgot to retrieve them before the salvage yard towed my RV. She arranged to have Gus escort me to my RV even after the service center was closed so I could clean out the RV before pick up. And Gus even shoved the way for me to get in the RV. I could not have been more pleased with Alpin Haus and their staff and would go there to purchase another RV when ready and also get service there. 5 stars! - Dave Seubert

Natasha provided the best customer service I have experienced for a long time , she kept me fully informed through the complete repair of my Winnebago and explained in detail every step . Her colleague Zach who worked out what the issue was with my van gave a clear explanation of what the faults were and how he fixed them . I have experience of other RV dealers and Alpin Haus stand head and shoulders above all of them and I have only positive things to say about them .

My experience was good from the first phone call with George. Upon arriving at the facility I was met by Dave who really made me feel welcome. He answered all my questions on a level I could understand. When touring the facility and the RV I was interested in, impressed doesn’t scratch the surface. I was made to feel at ease right from the start. I told Dave I was brand new at this and had to rely on his guidance. I had a lot of question for him and George. They were all answered. My plan was to shop around, after visiting Alpin Haus RV, there was no need to further shop. I believe this positive experience will continue thus the reason for me purchasing my RV there. . Despite have the wrong appointment time and showing up 2 hrs late, my husband was taken right in and the camper was inspected fully. We only wish the tech had perfor.ed the NYS inspection that is normally done because getting the camper somewhere else to have a NYS inspection can get complicated

We like the Grand Design campers from Alpin Haus. We had purchased our first camper from them and when ready to change to a newer one we went directly to them. It was nice to see their new dealership very large and plenty of service space to take care of any upgrades wanted for our new purchase. Everyone there was all very friendly and remembered us from previous Grand Design Imagine trailer we bought. The salesman George was a pleasure to have showing us around, knowing the rv units we saw and easily discussing the details of purchase. We were pleased with the trade in value of our original rv also.
