Alpine Village is conveniently located near shopping, dining and entertainment areas with easy interstate access. Hospitals, schools, colleges and transportation are nearby. The South East corner of the property has a city bus stop as well. Alpine is pet friendly, having its own dog park. The property boasts amazing green space, including a pool. The surrounding neighborhoods are pleasant and quiet and the neighbors are friendly. The units are spacious and very well designed. This allows for maximum flexibility in arranging your space. Units include high speed internet access and AC as well as stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. There’s ample closet storage, off street parking and the area is beautifully lit at night. Each building has its own dedicated laundry. The staff members are friendly and helpful. They are always responsible and proactive regarding the property. The grounds and common areas are very well maintained. I feel valued as a member of the Alpine Village community and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming place to thrive!

You are well taken care of here. The amenities are awesome and it doesn't take long for a maintenance request to be fulfilled. Plus the double door for security is an absolute plus. Good quality appliances (that match) and clean environment.

It's nice and clean, sound insulation is pretty good, maintenance and management are quick to respond, neighborhood is very good as well. It's been four months in this apartment, and we're overall very happy with Riedman.

The Team at Alpine Village is a pleasure to work with. The property is very well maintained. The pool, green space and dog park, as well as free high speed internet and off street parking are truly a value add. The apartments are spacious, boasting a great deal of storage and rooms designed for flexible layouts. The community is a beautiful and safe place! I truly enjoy living in Alpine Village!

This is the first apartment I've lived in where I don't constantly hear my neighbors through the walls!!! Not only that, but when a maintenance request is put in, it normally only takes them 1-2 days to come and look at it. We had a leaky dish washer and they replaced it in less than a week! They're pet friendly, which is a miracle find with nicer apartments anymore; they even have a dog park and supply doggie bags on the walking route! The pool and property is kept cleaned and maintained, and lines of communication are always open. There is a monthly news letter, that includes local events, and let's us know if they have food trucks coming, which is frequent in the warmer months. There are laundry equipment on site and off street parking, which are a nice convenience. Also less than a 10 minute drive to upper peach st. Allowing us to save on gas and car wear and tear. Overall a great place to rend!

I like the community fliers and the overall sense of community from the pool to the food trucks and reminder texts about events on property. Alpine Village is a pet friendly apartment complex that boasts a large green space including a pool and fenced dog park. The neighbors in and around Alpine are very friendly. There is plenty of well lit, off street parking. The exterior maintenance, such as snow removal and landscaping, is meticulous. On site trash and recycling is provided without additional cost. The location allows for extremely quick travel to all parts of Erie and the surrounding areas as well as close interstate access. The bus stops right at the western corner of the property. Multiple school buses stop near the area as well. Each building has its own well maintained laundry facility. There is newly installed high speed internet access included with each apartment. The apartments are quiet, spacious and include ample storage spaces. The layouts allow for multiple furniture configurations. The property manager and staff make renters feel valued within the community. They are respectful, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely accountable! Administrative and maintenance requests are cared for promptly and properly. Alpine Village is complex living at its best!
