The salesmen was very helpful and helped me find a nice bike for my wife. He treated my two young kids well. He said if we were unhappy with the purchase the shop would do whatever they could to make it right. Really had a great experience and will return in the future for any bike purchases or needs.

Needed flat repair and they got my kiddo’s bike taken care of right away. They checked the brakes, got a new tube, and checked the other tire’s pressure all for just over $20! Great service!

I do not have any knowledge about bikes (other than how to ride one), and we needed to get a bike for my son who is 11. I came in to Al's because I had already purchased a bike from Adademy Sports but we had issues with it right away and I wanted to see about getting it looked at / repaired. When I came to the store Trey helped me immediately and talked to me about the issues we had with our 3 day old bike, unfortunately it was going to be about a four week wait on repairs (because they had so many people waiting to get their bikes repaired by the pros). Trey was fantastic and answered every question I had, he helped me get a better understanding around the Al's and the services they offer, and I walked away feeling educated and taken care of as a customer. I decided to return the bike we purchased at Academy, and then my son and I went to Al's to look at the options they had for his size bike. When my son and I returned to Al's that afternoon to look at the bike options we were greeted by Andy who was an absolute legend in his willingness to help my son. Andy could not have been more excited and eager to answer my son's questions, help him understand how the bike is setup to work best, and help him feel comfortable. Andy took the time to set the bike up to perfection so that when we rode it at home, it was perfect in every way mechanically. I was blown away at the level of service and care Al's took with us and I will continue to come back to Al's for my purchases with my other kids as they grow.
