Top of the line bikes and accessories. Very competent mechanics, who give you suggestions on how to improve your bikes performance. After I crashed, my bike was ready to go before I was. That is just great service ! Cheers , Henry Fast

The knowledge shared by the staff was very informative. They made recommendations based on my goals and budget. They include options they don’t sell to help me with collecting enough information to make an informed decision. There’s no pressure to purchase a specific product.

You repair my bike well. The service timing is reasonable. The price is fair. My bike rolled very smoothly after the repairs.

I had a bike fit with James and it was a great experience. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped me throughout the entire process. He answered every question I had and was extremely patient. I had a great time. I would highly recommend going to alter ego sports after the experience I had.

I was really pleased that I was charged a minimal amount for wheel trying since they were only slightly out of true.

Again, Alter Ego replaced a torn inner tube, brought in without an appointment, in a very short time at a very reasonable cost. Their written notes also included a check on the wheel tape and tire condition. They have excellent customer service at reasonable cost.
