The staff was clear about what it would take to revive my old bike. I was called with a complete estimate before repairs started so there were no surprises. Very fast service, I made an appointment in advance and my bike was ready the same day. I will return for yearly service moving forward now. Marnie B

The quick service I recieved with the flat tire I encountered on my ebike was unbelievable. Your staff were friendly and knowledge with the products and servives offered. Your online reponse time of 24 to 48 hrs was way off with the 2 hour service I recieved! Thank you Alter Ego Sports....

It took me two visits to buy my E bike. I have such incredible respect for the staff here. While, I was ready to buy a bike after my first visit; I was encouraged to put this bike on hold for a day and think about it. I’m so glad because I ended up buying a better suited bike after some thought and really appreciate they didn’t just rush to make a sale. The after sale support was great and staff made sure my bike was tuned and ready to before I left. I have already referred another person to buy an E-bike here and we will buy a second soon. This wasn’t my first purchase here but received the same great service as I did 7 years ago. Stay the course as I think you guys are Rockstars in the bike world!

I bought my Specialized Allez from Alter Ego 25 years ago when they were still on Pembina Highway and recently bought my Specialized Tarmac from them. They're as friendly and knowledgeable now as they were back then. I've always had a positive experience dealing with them over the years. They carry a diverse range of brands. I also have friends who won't shop anywhere else. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alter Ego to anyone in search of cycling needs.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff; especially in the service area. Very prompt service. The tech, Dan i think, pumped up my tires and offered to do quick modification (replace stem) while I waited. Unfortunately I was on a ride and didn't have any cash to take him up on this. I did return later. Another Very friendly and helpful tech helped me out.
