I've always had great service at Alter Ego and I feel confident in their solid knowledge of bike mechanics. I appreciate when they give me a heads up on something that may become an issue or make suggestions on what I can do differently to prevent issues from happening with my bike. Everyone is friendly and I don't feel intimidated when I walk into the store. They answer all my questions. They never make me feel like my questions are dumb (even when they probably are dumb questions!) :)
