I think you guys are honest, fair, you actively promote your store and products without being duplicitous or mercenary. You offered to do a special rate to carry out a spring tune up in the middle of winter because you knew you would be too busy to handle your entire customer base in the spring. And you called me and it was simply good fortune that I answered as cold calling is not a very successful strategy these days with scams and cons being perpetuated on people every day.

Purchased a jacket online for delivery, the website is not clear on checkout procedure for delivery. A quick phone call to the store advised me of the procedure. Email response from Chris regarding my order was prompt and fast. Received a tracking number within hours after purchase and received the jacket within three days. Overall a great experience dealing with store and store staff.

I bought a Suito trainer in October, and had it installed by Josh. Do not have the tools (or even skills) to do t properly. Josh is amazing. 2nd time in the past 12 months he has helped and provided services. Great customer service and not over charging for work. Plus took away old stuff. Not sure I could have asked for anything more. You can use but I would like to be anonymous.
