Simon was honest and up front about what needed to be done to fix my bike, he was professional about the whole conversation and transaction. Once he had all the parts (he was missing a specific piece that doesnt normally need replacing) the bike service was completed next day at a really competitive price. Much better than a chain store, sorry H@lf0rds, it was a personal yet very professional service, I have had bikes from here and will be getting my services done here - top marks
