I cannot thank Alyssa enough for helping me find my first home. I was basically clueless on what to do for buying a home and Alyssa made the whole experience a breeze. Alyssa is very knowledgeable about the Real Estate business and the market today. Alyssa educated me in the process and that it is possible to buy and then sell in this market and close at both properties on the same day and or very close. I was very nervous about buying before selling and yet nervous about selling before buying! Alyssa held my hand through the entire process and was successful in selling my condo in two days after I had already purchased a home, closing on both properties on the same day. Alyssa is a person of integrity and truly puts her clients first! I highly recommend Alyssa!
