I was shopping for a helmet for mostly city trail biking and I appreciated that the person who helped me took the time to understand what I needed and sold me exactly what I needed. He didn't try to upsell me and took the time to explain why the product he suggested was best suited for my needs. He also offered the option to order another colour so I could get one that I really liked instead of limitingw to the colors available in store.

One of the best (if not the best) bike shop in Windsor. I bought a bike that ended up being too big for me, but Craig and his team kindly adjusted the stem and saddle free of charge. Excellent service and truly appreciated!

I think Ambassador Bicycles has a great selection; they have solid, sound bikes for people of all cycling interests. The service was terrific, and I felt very confident that I had made the right purchase. The staff are very knowledgeable, and they will make sure that your bike is always running well.
