Very fast effient service. I had a minor issue with a bike that i just bought a few months ago. I stopped by and Craig had the tech make a quick adjustment while I waited and then I was on my way within a few minutes with the problem.fixed.

I like the products/services at Ambassador Bikes because they are very affordable and the staff at Ambassador Bicycles Inc. are excellent! Craig was especially very helpful with knowing what bike I was looking for and what size of a bike I would need. My Dad also got himself a new bike and we agreed to have different colour bikes so that we would know which bike is whose. Craig had to order the bike that I wanted because they didn’t have it in the store when we went there to take a look at the bikes. I was happy though that my bike arrived and it was ready in a little under a week! I was so happy when I got it and I really love the colour of my new bike! I know that I will have a great time using my Trek Marlin bike and that I will get a lot of rides out of it!! I would definitely recommend Ambassador Bicycles Inc.!!

Good quality at the right price. Not too expensive and not too cheap. Service fantastic. I feel I can ask any question and I get a genuine honest answer and detailed explanation without feeling like I’m bothering the staff. Good job!!!

We were very satisfied with our recent visit to have our bikes get their annual tuneup. The service technician very friendly and did a great job and even changed the program to have the lights come on every time without us having to turn them on manually. Craig was great as always, very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful answering any questions we have. Definitely would and have recommended family and friends to come to Ambassador bikes if they are looking for a bike or accessories. Rick and Corinne Eagen

There is a huge selection of anything for every type of riding. The staff is highly knowledgeable and very friendly. Its nice to still have these stores around when almost everything is online.
