Wow! Neuromuscular Therapy Massage?! Wow! Alan is amazing. This was just what I needed. He can do a “Feel Good” massage great too, if you want it, which we did include as well, but I needed work done and boy can he do that! Off the charts! I have always been an athlete and have competed at National and Worlds in Power Lifting. I have had multiple issues that honestly had my mobility, range and recovery to such a low point, for me at least, that I never thought I would have reached. I was very skeptical as to how much the therapy would make an impact but felt lead to try regardless. It’s work but I’m not afraid of work if the results come in. WELL, let me tell you! The result in just 3 sessions are already crazy good and I can’t wait to go back and get some more work in. I carry most of my tension in lower extremities, quads, hamstrings and glutes and it has been very frustrating to be limited as a result. Now to find out actually how much these areas have really been affecting not only my lower but also my upper body and back. Alan is amazing! Very knowledgeable, great listener, clear communication, very purposeful and targets right where I need it with extremely precise moves! So effective! I am truly hopeful now as I have not been for quite some time of regaining full mobility and as a result the ability to move free enough to accomplish my current goals and stay as able and fit as possible. Alan is a God send and I am so grateful to have found him! You know it’s good when you’re willing to go through pain and willing to work hard in cooperation with someone with great knowledge and the gifting to apply it in order to accomplish such incredibly freeing and long lasting results that will continue to take you where I want to go! Thank you, Alan!
