Everything! You guys are so nice and friendly and truly make your customers feel comfortable and welcome. You were knowledgeable about your services and it was quick and painless. I was kind of the guinea pig for my friends and family and now I've referred everyone who was waiting on my results!
Corinna did an amazing job. The machine was giving her problems but she wouldn't quit, she managed to get the session complete. She was very time efficient with the treatment, excluding all the machine delays. She was prepared for my session and had read all the notes and looked into the history of my treatments, Her customer service was excellent and I believe she is a very good technician.
My time with American Laser Med Spa. My package was sold to me by Lorraine, she did the consultation, sold me the package and did my initial two treatments. Then Claudia took over for her after Loraine was no longer with the business. I believe Claudia did my next four treatments. I felt that they tried to do a good job and their customer service was excellent. Claudia felt like I was behind schedule in my % progress and did a double pass on my sixth session. My 7th treatment was unfortunate complete waste of time. Norma took over after Claudia was no longer employed and Norma was very difficult to work with and essentially wasted a session for me. Norma too acknowledged I was behind schedule yet did minimal areas, shot the laser very few times and had me out the door in under half an hour. A complete waste of a session. Karolyn contacted me after my complaints with Norma. Karolyn backed her employee and was a bit difficult in regards to the package I was sold by Loraine and what it entailed. Honestly as the client I felt I was in a losing battle. During a consultation you are told what areas will be covered and the package is sold to you, the client isn't responsible for how it is entered in the computer. I believe circumstance make for some packages to be subjective and if they aren't, employees should be held accountable not the customers. I was made to feel like a thief while explaining what was sold to me and what areas were being treated. Karolyn was 100% about the business aspect and in that some customer service was lost but I did understand the issue at hand. Further it took me sending photos to Karolyn for someone to actually adjust the settings. So I went 7 sessions and with only one of those with a double pass effort with the same ineffective settings. So I don't know how far into my contract I am but I do know I am far behind in the progress of the treatments. Some of this in neither here nor there at this point.
If I'm reviewing Corinna and my last session, she was professional and she was patient. She kept her composure while the machine was giving her difficulties. While time consuming due to machine errors she managed to complete the session. She covered the areas in the computer notes but at least took the time to double pass at the adjusted settings. I don't know how much time I have left but I hope I get better results. In my opinion Corinna was actually concerned with my results which is all one can ask as a client. I would give her an A+. I hope she is around long enough to finish my treatments on what's left of my contract.
You know get money drafted from out accounts for the package we are sold during our consultation. I'm done arguing my contract, but I would like better results. Corinna made me feel like she was capable of getting me better results at the adjusted settings. I'm 8 sessions in and with summer approaching it's hard to get sessions in during the summer due to sun exposure. So fingers crossed on that I will get to the 90% at some point before my contract ends. At every 8 weeks I don't know how many more sessions are possible.
