very honest and friendly customer service. I like the personal there. your propane was higher than your competator by a few cents but I'll pay it for the down to earth customer service I get .No sales talk just neighbor to neighbor conversation. I appreciate that.
Gary Jennings, the delivery man went above and beyond. There was a wasp nest under the cap of the tank and he sprayed that. Also noticed a nest under the trash can and he sprayed that as well. He left me a note saying everything he had done and explained about the "meter" on the tank. I called him and thanked him. He was very respectful and explained clearly what and had done and why.
t\The new team has my full trust again it started with Wendy she told me the steps and for the first time with this company it went exactly the way she said it would Brad called to set up date foe new 1000 gallon tank Rusty then called to confirm appt which I was figuring he was calling to cancel for some reason but nope he showed up very professional he made unnecessary calls to take care of me with price and he told me he would have the new tank filled within 24hrs and I said sure you will and he had Kevin out the next day tank was filled I was shocked for the new staff is its nice to see that they make promises and stick to them and my phone call ended with a call from Katie which was very nice to hear from so once again you have my trust back because that new team in Billings Mt. AWESOME JOB
