First and foremost I have the utmost respect for the driver who delivered to my house. Not knowing he was coming I didn't make sure the dogs were in the house and I hadn't been out to clean up the yard so he probably dodged a lot of poop and he made sure the dogs didn't get out of the fence.
The only reason I called to check on my next delivery was I got a e-mail message from
you about updated terms. It made me think about the problem I had last year cause I was on automatic delivery and ran out of gas on the day before New Years Eve and I had company staying overnight for the holidays. Also I wanted to know the current price per gallon for my next delivery and I thought she told me $ 3.52 per gallon but when I got my bill it was 3.62.
I may have not heard it correctly so I am not going to complain about $3 to $5.00.
I have had AmeriGas now for about 10 years and I have always received great service from them. I am not just talking about getting propane but I also receive the sale great service from each and every department of AmeriGas. From the first day they came to install the tanks the service man was outstanding. He went above and beyond to make sure I was setup just the way I wanted it and was 100% satisfied! Every time I contacted them to ask a question about any issue, be it billing or propane related questions they were always very polite and knowledgeable. I have gone through some rough times lately and they were so understanding and did everything to help me through it. So all in all many business's could learn from AmeriGas that when you provided the service and help as they did and have, you will have an loyal customer as I have been and will continue to be!
The technician was very knoweladgable as to what needed to be done to fix a leak in the gauge. He drove back to the shop and came back with a new gauge. He put it in and made sure it was installed properly and safely.
