My wife and I came in from out of town for Thanksgiving to find our furnace and stove not working. We already had other out of town guest on the way so we really needed immediate help. The gauge on our tank read 50% but was actually empty. Heritage Gas said they would deliver that very day and a fellow named William showed up and determined the regulator had gone bad and left to go meet another employee half way back to the office to get a replacement which they really did not have to do. He put the new part on our tank and all ended well just in time for a wonderful Thanksgiving Day with family and friends. Thank you Heritage Gas and especially you William for taking the time out to help us enjoy the day.
