I had asked to have 150 gallons delivered. Instead 170 gallons were delivered. I was frustrated and called the office the woman there give me a credit of $25 because of the mistake. I appreciated this but do I think the driver should be more careful about delivering the Amount of gas that is requested by the customer
Once a customer service rep suggested I move to the fill anytime program, I've never run out of propane and everything runs smoothly. I don't know why everyone doesn't do it. Wish I'd known about the program initially. It would have saved us many a cold morning and ice cold shower :-)
I have always gotten great service from AmeriGas. Everyone I have dealt with has been outstanding. I waited longer than usual, called at 35% and they got out here in a couple of days. And using the paperless billing is much easier than before. Sometimes I wouldn't get the first invoice and then got a past due statement-I hate being last due.
Wonderful company, recommend them to anyone. Now, if the price would go down:)
