Although the corporate Ameri Gas representatives have slightly different views when it comes to customer service, I must commend the staff at the local office who, without question, rise above the corporate level to display the most professional customer service. Their dedication to providing excellent customer service has persuaded my decision from seeking services elsewhere in the region. I believe, as long as the local office continues the outstand services, I will be a customer for life. Travis
I would like to receive notification when service visits are accomplished. I had no notification aside from finding a service receipt stuck toy fence, which easily could have been lost/blown away.
I never have any issues with service, but this time i was was pretty upset on the fact, i was told that someone needed to be home for service. I did not see the point as when the truck arrived they did not even give us the common courtesy to let us know they were here and to top it 9ff did not let us know that they left. If ask for someone to be home then give them the courtesy that you are there
