You just doing what suppose to do the customer call for service you take care of the customer I pay you and we both happy. That what I called good customer service.
It will be good if sometimes the propane price goes lower and a notification via email will be perfect so the customer will be happy too.
I call and ask them to come and fill it up and they come. I knew that I had over paid at the end of the year I was sent a refund a check. Customer would have rather that the money was left on account in case of emergency. Kinda shocked that rep did not have ph number on work order in case he needs to open gate in case his horses are out.
