The technician was right on time, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did his work in a very professional and timely manner. The office staff I worked with on both phone contacts I had to make were very friendly and professional. I appreciate the efficiency of the whole operation.
The man who delivered the gas, Scott Farmer, was energetic and pleasant. He backed down a driveway that is challenging. I mentioned I had expanded the driveway since the last delivery to make it easier for other service trucks to get in and out. He said he had never had any problem making a delivery to my property - he said he been there on several occasions. He said he would try it out next time.
The delivery was made on a Saturday, which surprised me. Of course, I was pleased because our tank was pretty low.
If there was any issue, it was that a delivery had been scheduled four days prior to when the fuel actually arrived. Although I had ordered the week prior to the scheduled delivery, we did have snow and the driveway was cited as an issue by the driver who missed the previous delivery date. I actually expected a delay; however, the Amerigas website showed that a delivery was made when in fact it hadn't been made and I had to call and reschedule. I think I should have been notified that a delivery was attempted as opposed to believe fuel had been delivered. My tank was within a percent or two of reaching a stage where the fuel line would have required testing prior to fill-up. But, this is a small issue.
Amerigas is an incredibly reliable supplier and my orders are taken by excellent office personnel and product is delivered by professional service people. It's been a great company with which to work.
