They guys went out of there way to make it easy to fill our tank in winter conditions. They walked my difficult driveway and measured the driveway and found that they could fill our tank easily by hiking up our hill with the fill line. Yes, they took the time to measure it and do a great job. Also, they were friendly and very pleasant. Thank you again Northern Energy
