When I received my invoice, the price I was charged for Lake of Woods was incorrect. I called and spoke to Rhonda, and she corrected it.

There were some communications problems at first moving into our home and my service was shut off without me knowing although I had arranged to have uninterrupted service! Maybe a card on the door or a call would have prevented me from calling and paying appliance repair people to fine out there was no gas on! When I called Amerigas in Fredericksburg Va. They seem very concerned for me and worked hard to get someone out right away during the holidays! I now still have to call Amerigas because of a smell of gas from the stove . I still feel confident they will resolve the problem.
