I called on Thursday to let them know I was almost 0% cause I smelled a little has so I looked at the tank which showed almost zero and normally they automatically come so I don't pay attention .The lady I spoke with was Debbie or Deborah she was very nice and told me she would have someone out here as soon as possible and it was the very next day .
It was last year that I last interacted with AmeriGas--but it was last-minute, before a major snow storm where I was likely to lose power, and I was out of gas. The driver delivered to me nonetheless, delivering on snowy roads, and even made sure my fireplace was functional before leaving. Truly courteous and above and beyond service. (I even emailed AmeriGas at the time...)
Customer service was very helpful with my problem. In January I spoke with Amerigas with two issues, one was resolved and the other issue was to stop auto delivery since I was scheduled to move within the next few months. On March 6th to my surprise I received a gas delivery for over 220 gals. The price was adjusted to reflect my old contract rate and then I was put on a 4 month payment plan to spread out the charge for gas I knew I was not going to use. Auto delivery was cancelled and I was informed as to how to get credit for the unused gas when I move out. Thanks you!
