We had a heavy smell from our fireplace and shut off the gas. Called AmeriGas and they came that day and fixed the issue. Very courteous and helpful from the office staff and the serviceman.
The whole sequence rums seamlessly. Deliveries occur when my supply gets <40%. I get an invoice notice by email. I am able to download a very simple and readable invoice. I have AutoPay established and I know exactly what date by credit card will be charges for the amount due. I one or two incidents when I have required service on my supply system, when I call I get rapid, experienced service. My only question is: what happened to the preferred customer discount on my last delivery?
