The delivery service is great.
I just received a notice that the terms of our agreement had changed. I was sent the entire new agreement. I do not have the time or inclination to re-read the entire text. Why can't you specifically point out what was changed, so I can decide how to proceed?
The service is invisible. When I first got my tank (an upright, which feeds my gas stove) three years ago, I ran out of gas, just once. AmeriGas was quick to respond, and advised me to add a second tank, which I did---at no additional cost. It works perfectly.
I switched to automatic payment at about the same time. It is my most affordable utility.
Now I have uninterrupted gas service and I never even have to think about it.
I plan to install a heating system in my barn, and think I am going to use AmeriGas when the time comes.
