Friendly, prompt service. My husband and I both overlooked who was actually calling for gas. Needless to say we got lower than expected. Wendy, our service representative, explained we would have plenty enough till delivery. I was hesitant but she was 100% correct!! But also gave us a an option of calling back if it got lower than expected to see what they could do!! So impressed best gas company, most friendly and accommodating!! Highly recommend
The customer service at the Hartford branch is excellent! They were very helpful and expedited my tank fill. Unfortunately the person that filled the tank was not as helpful. He was not able to light my furnace. He made several attempts and then tagged and left. I had to hire someone to light it. After paying a hefty price for the service call they told me it was mechanically fine. It just needed time to relight because it had been empty.
