We have two accounts with them. My tenant (in the Keys) asked them to deliver gas because I moved out last year. I was going to close account but they said it would not be a problem. They were suppose to bill it through the tenant. The bill is still in my name and being forward to my address in Tennessee.
I waited all day for service due to a gas leak in the area that changed the day's schedule. I drove from 3 hours away to our second home for this appointment and they were going to reschedule me but when I told the girl how far away I live she asked the guy if he could please do it for me. He was very kind and came late in the day to connect my gas and I'm very appreciative to both of them. Thank you for service above and beyond.
