Driver was very patient with our inability to clear snow from the tank.
It's nice to have someone actually care about his customers.
Over the last 40 years we have always been grateful for the good service.
Eric was the person who last filled my tank. I want to say that he was exceptionally competent and concerned that he was unable to reach my tank due to snow. He called me immediately to inform me and returned the following day when the snow was removed to fill the tank. He again called me to let me know that the gas level was really low and asked to check the utilities inside the house because he was concerned they may have not fired on due to the low level of propane in the tank. He inspected the equipment and confirmed all was well.
I felt his service and concern was exceptional and very responsible.
Thank you for training your personnel so well. I really am grateful for the professional standard he displayed.
[PHONE NUMBER REMOVED]
I needed someone to come up on a Saturday to check on a gas leak, though it turned out not to be a problem, they also filled the tank. I usually get very fast response when calling and everyone is pleasant.
To save everyone time, in snow country, it would be helpful if we got a "heads-up" about the schedule for anticipated fill-ups. We were so busy doing basic plowing and snow removal
from multiple storms that we decided to shovel out the propane tank the next weekend figuring
it was not a high possibility that Amerigas would show up during the week and sure enough if they didn't come the next day and were unable to fill our tank. Thus causing them to reschedule.
If we had known, we would have prioritized clearing the tank-
