How the employees treat customers in a very caring way. They don’t just do their job they go above and beyond for their customers. Im new to AmeriGas and since day one me and my little family were helped by Judy from the jerome branch she made sure we got the best contract for us and that we could afford it. Also another of the jerome employees from AmeriGas that really made us realize how great this company is was Brent! We had just bought our house in October and the water heater had some problems so we went without hot water in our house for almost 2 months once brent realized we were having trouble financially he personally came down and fixed it for us and now thanks to him and everyone at AmeriGas we will have hot water this Christmas and winter season for us and our baby. No more heating water on the stove!!! AmeriGas is great and so are the employees.

the operator as well as the delivery man. Very personable! Price sucks though.

The cost to set up tank and run line was not explained at all. But delivery and set up was actually done prior to expected date and was accomplished when my furnace was being installed. This worked like clockwork and took a load off my shoulders as I was w/o a furnace for over a week. Initial price point of initial fill up was very low and a further incentive to do buisiness with Amerigas as is the next two subsequent deliveries.
