They didn't take any chances or put me off. Even though it was mid Sunday afternoon and it probably would have been alright to wait until Monday morning to check the tank, make sure the problem was an empty tank, and fill it, Scott was filling up his truck and getting ready to make the two-hour drive to Halfway even while I was still on the phone with the office. He had a great attitude the whole time he was here, even though the temperature was about 9 and the process took about an hour outside. Not a hint of being hugely inconvenienced or having had the end of his weekend interrupted. Safety issues aside, that is truly being customer-service oriented, and greatly appreciated.
