The CSR took responsibility for my issue and made sure that she could answer all of my questions before letting me go and processing my order for propane.
The response time to our request for a line check, and the friendly, reassuring professionalism of the technician. We had shut the propane off after the earthquakes. When I called, the technician was on service calls about 50 miles away, but he was able to fit us in that afternoon. He bled the lines, checked all appliances thoroughly, testing the stove and furnace to be sure there were no problems, and relit water heater. Very grateful!
