We have mostly had very favorable experiences with AmeriGas; from customer service in the office to the tech's who come out to make the deliveries. Only twice have we been given guff, and that was years ago, I am guessing those people may not even be there any more. WE have been happy for years, now.

What a great guy. Right from the get-go you could tell he was careful and cautious yet very confident in his skill set.
I hung around with him during his visit, (He immediately welcomed me as a friendly observer) and that made all the difference.

Also a big shout out to Lakeland Amerigas for getting a tech out to fix a potential problem the same day it was discovered !!!
The bill was higher than usual. Once I explain the situation to the representative, the hurricane Irma, my husband with cancer, and not able to work, me not working at that time on short term disability thru work due to acute lupus we were not able to pay the higher bill that was over 500.00. It was negotiated to a much comfortable rate.

Always prompt and efficient service. Our regular route serviceman checks with us on his own before every hurricane season to make sure we are topped off and prepared with our emergency standby generator. It was much appreciated this year with Hurricane Irma as our power was out for 8 days. Then as soon as the power came back on, and with another hurricane headed this way, he was back out to fill us up.just in cas. Thank you, Amerigas, for such good customer service under terrible circumstances!
