WHAT I DID NOT LIKE WAS THE PROCESS OF SETTING UP MY ACCOUNT. THE DAY THAT I WENT INTO THE OFFICE I WAS TOLD TO FILL OUT THE PAPERWORK AND SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME. I FEEL THAT IF I WENT INTO THE OFFICE SOMEONE SHOULD HAVE SPOKEN TO ME WHILE I WAS THERE TO EXPLAIN THE PROCESS RATHER THEN CALLING ME ON THE PHONE. I FEEL THAT, THAT WAS NOT VERY PERSONALABLE. I ALMOST WENT TO BYANT ENERGY BECAUSE OF THIS EXPERIENCE.
Last year when I called..we made an October time for a refill on our tank..we only use it for our cooking gas stove.. when we bought this house ..it had an electric stove ..and I said..NOPE.. get me my gas stove. and AmeriGas was it... thanks
