The fact that I overestimated the amount I would need, and consequently was charged for more than was actually delivered. Office staff was very understanding, and rather than give me a credit that would sit in my account against a future order, was gracious enough to agree to credit my card back with the approx. $50, something very necessary in today's difficult time..

I like the plan I am on that makes periodic deliveries based on history of usage. The delivery people are always pleasant and when I have had issues in the past, the office is very responsive and the tech sent to handle the issue is timely and is happy to talk over options to resolve the issue with me before proceeding.

For 2+ years, we have had to BEG for a gas delivery, only to be promised over and over and it finally delivered weeks from when it was promised. So frustrating, especially being a good paying customer!
So to say AmeriGas service is above and beyond the norm, is in no way a stretch!
From Tom, our super courteous delivery driver, to the very thorough safety technician, who I’m sorry to say can’t remember his name, the service provided by these two men, AND the office staff was simply superb!
I can’t thank you all enough for your attention to our immediate needs! It will not be forgotten!
