My last experience was very alarming to say the least. I spoke with the delivery person that I do not need much propane as it is almost spring. I usually get 50 gallons because the only appliance I use is for a small fireplace. He said it is "gaged for 92 gals", so I agreed to that. After a few minutes he came to the door telling me that he put 157 gals. I could not believe it and he advised me the tank is underground and the propane could not be removed. He left me a bill for $308.+ for 157 gals. I will probably not need propane for a lifetime.
Of course I was not happy with what happened, but Amanda, Felicia and the Manager, Keith were all understanding and so sorry for what happened. They are all very good customer representatives. I was set up on a 3-month payment plan and owe one more month for June. I hope you understand that most people would not have accepted the extreme error that was made by your delivery person. Thank you and I will still be a loyal customer for AmeriGas.
