I was greeted by two servicemen from Amerigas and they said they were from Delta Colorado. They had outstanding customer service, friendly, and great sense of humor. Please extend our gratitude to them.

Your service in getting our tank filled which happened to be buried under not less than 10 feet of snow, at our cabin at Mammoth Lakes was more than routine. My daughter and her friend arrived both, seniors arrived to find a completely empty tank. Your men came to fill the tank and helped the two ladies in locating the buried tank and digging down enough to get to the fill valve. And they had heat and a stove to cook on. Thank you for what you did.
I live in Mammoth Lakes and it's been snowing quite alot.Last Saturday I decided to decidedo to un bury my Propane tank which took quite a while. When I finally uncovered it and the gauge read tank was only 10 percent full.I called Amerigas and spoke to Jeff Pahlow, District Manager, and told him my situation . He was so nice and professional and said "I'll have someone there as soon as possible "
I was amazed because I was thinking it's late Saturday and I'll probably have to wait until next week. Shortly after that an Amerigas truck pulls up and a gentleman named Terry was the driver.Extremely nice guy as well. Terry starts climbing over the snow and got back to the tank ,and by this time I am holding a flashlight so he can see, and filled the tank and saved the the day.Unbelievable customer service. I am so impressed always wIth Amerigas and Jeff Pahlow is the Koolest guy in the in the Eastern Sierra .Jeff Rocks. Thanks, [NAME REMOVED]
