I have a large number of families coming to Thanksgiving at my house this year and one night started thinking about propane. I had not checked it in a while and went out to look at the gage. I did not think to take my reading glasses and thought the tank was almost empty. I called and they came 2 days later to fill it up even though the response time is usually 1 to 2 weeks. I learned an important lesson. The tank had more than enough propane to last a week. I learned to keep a better eye on the tank and call for a delivery early. Thanks for being responsive. The driver was very courteous and did not get mad at me for miss-reading the gage.
The lady that took my order was very professional and nice.
The gentleman that delivered the gas was also very professional and helpful with questions that I had.
I have always enjoyed the quick , friendly and dependable service that I receive and every chance I get , I tell friends, family and anyone who ask where can I get propane delivered and at a fair price . Keep up the good job .
everything was easy. I did have one negative issue with the web site while paying my bill but I didn't find a link to make a complaint so here it is...since I only pay a bill once a year I would like my bank account information to show up on the screen (like the bank/card name and the last 4 digits of the account number) to verify in case during the past year I might have made a change to the bank the payment would not go through and I would not know why. Otherwise I have no complaints.
