They are pretty prompt Im on the automatic fill. The weight level on the road was changed from March 15 to another day. They didnt get my gas out there before that and I had to pay an extra fee because they didnt get it out there before that date.
Even with Billy Rae from Mercer not being in that day and calls transferring to the Rhinelander office, I still got the fast service I needed. The Mercer office is always good to me and very helpful with any questions I have. I have been a customer for 15 years and service has never changed.
