Let me say I am satisfied with AmeriGas at this time. However for the years before last year I had been paying from $3 to 3.75 for gas. I visited the office to complain about the high cost of gas when the average in NC, per online information, was only about $2.40 at that time. The girl at the office recharged my bill with a little discount. The next time I had a bill it was back up to the higher price. I once again visited the office and the person helping me gave me the information of signing up for two years at $ 1.99 which I did.
My question is that why is this not offered to a regular customer without having to go to the office twice to complain about high cost and then it taking two visits to acquire this information. Discounts and offers should be emailed like his survery to customers.
