The customer service provided by Brenda in your Newport/North Bend Oregon offices. She was outstanding in helping me navigate your website and accomplish the setting up of my account as I wanted. You couldn't ask for a better employee. Your website, however, was difficult to negotiate and I had quite a bit of difficulty signing up for your "Keep Full" service. Without Branda's help, I would have possibly become frustrated and gone with another provider. I am now in the process of trying to get the $7.99 fee for using the "will call" feature as I only used this feature since I was unable to establish the "Keep full" service. I do feel this charge should be reversed and credited back to my credit card. The technicians who filled our tank and ran the safety check onour system were also very pleasant and professional, but, as I mentioned, Branda definitely went above and beyond her job description to assist us.
I was contacted by Lee at our local Amerigas. He set appointment time and date. He arrived when he said he would, and ready to work. He brought all the materials needed to get the job done. Great service!
I have received excellent service from the company since we joined them many years ago. Of course, there have been a couple of issues, but that has not changed how I feel about the service they provide.
