The service man David was the most pleasant and patient person I've met. He made 3 or 4 visits to our home over several days , while a leak was being located and sealed. He was always positive, smiling, friendly, knowledgeable, professional and it was a pleasure to do business with him. He is the best representative AmeriGas - or any other company I've purchased from - has ever sent to our home. Service men like David are the most effective advertising, marketing and salesmen a company can have.

The girl at the switchboard is very polite and always Pleasant when I call to make a payment over the phone on my budget program you have with me.

The AmeriGas Technicians that came to my house performed extensive testing from the tank to the hot water heater. The leak was underground and likely under the foundation slab. They gave me professional suggestions. I thanked them for their time and told them I would call them when all repairs have been made. After repairs were made, I called the technicians. They gave me an appointment time. At appointment time, they got there few minutes early. I did not have to wait. They went through all the testing again. A few small leaks were found and was easily fixed with the turn of a wrench. After passing leak test, all hardware on the tank was tested and adjusted as needed. After the tank was filled, the hardware was checked again with minor adjustments made. My propane system now works better than ever.
I want to thank AmeriGas for their excellent service and awesome team.
