The customer service was nice, I do wish there had been slightly better communication between the office and the driver though. I had tried to schedule the installation for 10-11am so that the driver would be finishing up between 12-1pm (my lunch) so I could be there to sign paperwork and be done. I had told the office my house would be available to go into to check the stove and furnace. Driver did not show until 12:30pm, and I had to stay until he finished at 1:45pm, making me an hour late getting back. Besides the scheduling, everything else has been great.
The employee, Mike, who came out to switch my tank was very polite and organized. He explained what needed to be done, checked everything over, and got right to work. He had his paperwork all in order, and in no time I was signing off. He did a great job!
