I was waiting for the technician to get there to load up my tank and doing some work in the backyard. But my wife told me the technician was there went out to greet him and make arrangements so that he can get to the tank easier but he had already gotten the job done. Very nice guy and a pleasure to talk with. The work had already been completed and I didn't have to move anything. You guys are awesome.
Communication got scrambled this delivery. Somehow got put down for only a 100 gallon fill in our 1000 gallon tank, when I called for a fill and we were at 50%. It got remedied though! Also it wasn't our normal driver so apparently he didn't know, but he used a back sliding door to put our fill slips in that NEVER gets used. The front door or our tank lid is where we normally find the slip. Luckily after calling to find out what was going on after the first billed was received, we were home for his second trip and noticed he never came to our door so we went looking for the slip! First time this has happened to us though.
The office staff was very friendly and informative. They came out and tested all my appliances in a timely manner, the tech was very nice and friendly. They set me up for my first fill that day.

From customer service reps to the onside techs everyone is amazing to do busniess with. I've been in a pinch for a few months due to a family emergancy and everyone in the process has been awesome, helpful and understanding. They came out on a Saturday to fill my tank and the tech came inside to ensure everything lit off safely. Thank you
