I am not on regular delivery, and I called up and got a delivery scheduled fairly quickly. I asked for any specials and they offered me a discount. I got a call 30 minutes before, to let me know the delivery was coming, so I could open up my gate. And when he was done, he didn't even knock. He left the invoice on the door. Quick... simple... easy.
The person who answered the phone was very friendly and seemed to know her stuff. Very professional and knowledgeable. Seems as if new management is going to be a breath of fresh air. Old employees were rude and difficult to work with when problems arose.
I am a ex amerigas employee and heard tons of tails of difficulty with bill pay and double invoices from customers I use your online bill pay option and have never had one issue your employees are top notch know a lot of them could name names the issues I have with amerigas stem from over inflated prices due to an attempt to please your share holders which is understandable I guess I left amerigas in a attempt to pay bills and make my family full of food not just pay bills great people in office and some of your field staff are fantastic
I like that they call before they come because we dogs that need to be put away before they come and I like that they have gone out of their way without a problem to work with me to get in the back yard which has a very hard gate to get in
