They notified us when they had a problem with propane delivery due to heavy snow. The person who plowed the road down to our cabin had not plowed wide enough for the propane truck to get down the road. Thanks to Northern Energy, working with us, the problem was corrected and delivery was made two days later. We have been using Northern Energy for sixteen years and they have never let us run out of propane. Thank you Northern Energy.

I have used propane companies that will deliver to my address. I purchase propane based on the delivery price. So I may change companies each time I re-fill my tank. I would have to say that the service provided by 4 of the companies has been pretty equal. So my decision to purchase will be based on the price of propane.
