I had a procedure on my back sciatic nerve. I couldnt drive. the driver was clean pressed he backed in my yard. fueling up had a rag there so he went get dirty. I appreciated the delivery guy for all he done . The Customer said he would of have spoken to the Delivery person due too procedure on back.
I am a brand new customer and signed up for automatic delivery and didn't deliver because I've never lived in the country and wanted the assurance of not running out of gas. You made a mistake and I did not get a delivery. I ran out of propane on a very cold (0 deg) Sunday morning. When I called, your representative checked the situation out. I was expecting a bit of a fight, but your representative came back on the line and said "we dropped the ball" and sent someone out within 2 hours - no argument, just a pleasant person who admitted a mistake and corrected it. Thank you and that rep should get a raise! Having a large company admit they made a mistake was SO REFRESHING. Everyone makes mistakes - it's how we act after them that counts. Thank you!
